Dreamweaver isn't far off on it's coding standards. But nothing beats a plain old text editor!

Actually, a text editor with syntax highlighting, or an editor designed for your chosen language (PHP Designer, for example), beats the hell out of a plain, old, text editor. Unless you like pain, and love having sore eyes.

It's great for people who want to create the website for free.That is for personal purpose. It has many features like adding many gadgets. It gives 1MB free space.
